David has successfully led Stanhope Capital through multiple market cycles with no loss of returns to investors. He manages a real estate portfolio valued at approximately $6 million. His passion for real estate is contagious and drives our team. He formulates business objectives and makes strategic decisions. David is a military veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force with a background in logistics management.
David holds a M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, B.A. in Biology from University of Rhode Island, and Associates in Logistics Management from the U.S. Air Force.
Morgan has a strong organization and communication background. She takes our vision and turns it into an executable business plan. As a former special education teacher, Morgan has a passion for helping children. Morgan is known for her expertise in scaling and creating management systems.
Morgan holds a M.S. in Education from Plattsburgh State University and B.A. in Special Education from Plattsburgh State University.
