Stanhope Capital LLC began when I (David Stanhope) met a mentor from Los Angeles, California in the Adirondacks who would share his real estate ventures. These conversations would eventually be shared with my wife, Morgan, and are what encouraged us to start investing. We would continue forward, never taking no for an answer, thus creating a vision, and executing successfully on that vision.
Stanhope Capital LLC strives to provide homes to individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction while partnering with a national Non-Profit agency. Our investments are backed by State and Federal programs that ensure peace of mind.
